Enable Ubuntu with Hindi Language

A long time ago, I had prepared PDF, which covers step by step procedure to enable your Ubuntu machine with Hindi language. It also covers Open Office + Hindi . Actually, I had started with Gujarati language, But due to bug in Open Office, i turned back to Hindi . Also Hindi is national language for my country (India).
